"The only thing that was not taken care of properly was the room cleanliness. We had to move rooms because thew first room had large stains in the carpet. Told that it had been just renovated buy t that was not the case as the box spring was collapsed and the button on stove was broken. The cleaning service of the room was not good. Forgot to put pillow case on pillow, forgot bath towels. remove warming blanket and never replaced and forgot to replace dish towels. Only do one cleaning a week. Second cleaning didn't change sheets. Other than that the resort is clean and well kept. The staff were fine. We would stay again but would make sure things were taken care of properly"

"The person at the check-in desk was terrible. He looked like he was a gangster with big earrings. His attitude was so bad. No customer welcome attitude. He probably didn’t get a raise or something. "

"In designated cabins allowed pet. The kitchen is simple for regular use. For going to hikes in Sedona around 45 minutes drive to most of the popular trail."

"The property had a lot of families with kids, which made it quite loud throughout our stay. On the first night, we had a serious issue in our room—the bathroom door locked automatically and we were unable to access it until maintenance arrived the next morning. When we called the front desk, they did not seem surprised and suggested using a paper clip to unlock the door, which did not work. We ultimately had to wait until maintenance arrived, which was both unsafe and extremely inconvenient. With the resort being so family-friendly, the door locking issue was especially concerning. We weren’t traveling with kids, but it was unsettling to think about how serious this could have been for families with young children. Additionally, the room was advertised as having a fireplace, but it did not work at all. The balcony was also much smaller than expected. The hotel itself was fine overall, but for the price, it didn’t feel like a great value. Overall, the experience did not match what was advertised."
