The people down from me were super loud. Dude at the front desk tells me, they're on vacation, well, I am too!! The room was clean, bed was comfy! The hotel needs lots of work!! My family helped build that hotel years ago!!"

"Great basic property. We didn’t appreciate the sales pitch on arrival for the vacation plan and the Kleenex and TP could chap you, but other than that it was good. "

"There was no check in at the lodge, we had to drive to the casino and check in and drive back to the lodge. No fridge or microwave without an additional charge. Room was pretty generic."

"Overall I think the property is average and offers a lot of false advertising. The pictures do not quite give you the real thing. The pool area needs a lot of love and is significantly smaller in person. Shadowland Bar was ok - and again the outside area is small and underwhelming. Our room was a good size and clean. Liked the fireplace. Balcony is very small with rusted furniture. The Starbucks coffee bar sounded good, but a scone was 10 bucks. The resort also made no note of renovations taking place…so our “mountain view” balcony consisted of a construction site complete with bulldozers and jackhammers. Had no other rooms available. Overpriced for what we had. I am certain there are other properties in Sedona that would be a better bang for your buck. Disappointed for we paid."
