"Check in was so easy. The room was very large and properly stocked and clean. The property was very family owned vibes, which is a huge plus for us. We love supporting local and small as much as we can. There were plenty of amenities to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. They also have a wonderful sitting area with a propane fireplace for a nice place to relax and enjoy the awesome evening temps. We also did see some deer on the property. A HUGE perk was each room had its own patio with a bisteo set, and they had a fridge/small freezer and a microwave. "

"Extra towels would be good since laundry wasn’t available for our 4 night stay. The beach towels and access to coolers was nice!"

"We stayed for three nights and the value was good. This place is pet friendly. The owner was communicative and responsive. The property is 40 minutes from Sedona which is the highlight as the location of this place is lacking."

"My family found got great to unwind at the house after a day sightseeing in the Sedona area. Really enjoyed listening to the creek in the morning and at night. The camp fire helped take the chill at of the February air. The house had plenty room for our group of 5. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen because it felt like we were outside with all the windows."

"It was perfectly clean for 6 people with lots of available space. We enjoyed our stay. Outside of the house looked small but it pleasantly surprised us when we entered inside with the all the available space. Stars were beautiful outside too."

"Marcy and Kevin are amazing hosts. They gave great recommendations for places to eat and things to do that were dog friendly! The place was beautifully decorated and cozy. There wasn’t an amenity that they didn’t think of from a coffee corner to a pillow bar. They were so friendly and responsive for any questions we had. We will definitely be back on our next Sedona adventure! "
