Come relax at the beach! Gulf Dunes is located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This gulf front property overlooks the turquoise-colored waters of The Gulf of Mexico and is close to local vacation attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Relax by the pool or spend the day at the beach! Visit the nearby Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, The Gulfarium, or The Boardwalk. This is the perfect spot in paradise!

This 1 bedroom/1.5 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals with a breakfast bar and separate dining area. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests and private balcony with direct gulf views. A master bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and a half bath that closes off from the adjoining full bathroom in the hallway. A hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Twin bunk beds in the hallway. Washer and dryer in unit. This unit is close to the elevator for easy access.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Great Location

The condo is in a great location. It is beachfront, and the view is better in person. Close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Ample parking and the unit is close to the elevators which was no problem with noise. The unit is fully stocked with all the necessities; however, I do recommend bringing your own toilet paper.

My husband, daughter and I stayed here while visiting my son. It was the perfect size for us and had all the necessary amenities. There is not a lot counter space in the bathrooms, but other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Very pleased

I needed to relax from home and work life and this place provided. Even though it’s a condo it was surprisingly private, even with the pool right there. We never left. We cooked all of our meals there, everything we needed was provided.

Overall the place was great! The only thing I would make aware is that the listing says 2 bathrooms but there actually is only 1.5 bathrooms. Two toilets, one shower that is shared. Other than that the place was good!

We loved our stay at Gulf Dunes! The condo exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and well stocked. Being right on the beach with chair and umbrella service made our trip with our 6 year old so much easier! We will be back! Thank you!

Property location was convenient for access to nearby stores and restaurants. The kitchen has everything you can need to make all of your meals. Downside: the condo had roaches and office staff tried accessing the unit twice in one week without knocking.

Great place, but the cleaners need to do a better job. Stove oven was awful, some of the pots were not clean. The manager, Great! The one you talk to about placing dates and ect. Will go back though. Different dates , because of rain, over all had a good time.

Everything at the property was great except for the couch and chair in the living room and the mattress in the master. The mattress was very worn and you could feel every spring in the mattress. Highly recommend bringing some type of topper if ypu plan to stay here.

Great Getaway

My mom booked this condo for she and I to celebrate my 40th Birthday and graduation from Accelerated BSN program and it was all that we could have asked for and more!! Not only was the condo beautiful and very nicely furnished but the owner even thought of little things that we all sometimes forget to pack, like deodorant, shampoo/conditioner. They also checked on us throughout our stay by messaging system to make sure all was well. And lastly, the included beach chairs/umbrella service was such a nice addition, it’s always nice not to have to lug chairs, umbrella, etc. along with all the other things you need on the beach! We loved it and will definitely plan for a return visit!

Great Place!

The condo is as pictured. As others have stated, it's very nice and very clean. All the extras, including linens, towels, beach towels, detergents, paper products and beach service were an added bonus. A previous review mentioned the mattress in the bedroom needed replaced. We had no issues, found it just fine and comfortable. Two small suggestions, 1) an additional skillet would be nice and 2) the lighting, while very attractive, was not bright enough for old eyes - particularly in the bathrooms. Regardless, we would definitely recommend this property!
