"There are two things that I was disappointed in about this hotel , the breakfast was mediocre for 5* but mainly they really didn’t cater for gluten intolerance! The other thing was on checking in they take a deposit of 100€ for extras that you sign for ,room service, bar etc ! On checking out we were informed that when a member of staff tried to get extra money from our credit card it was rejected by the bank ?!?!? First of all they could have informed us that our 100€ credit had run out and asked us to top it up , but took it on themselves to try and take it without our permission!! Thankfully the bank did refuse and we had then to be asked for the extra money, not pleased at all !! Apart from that the hotel was nice !"

"The location of guest house is at the heart of the town, very close to all main attractions, restaurants and shops. All within 30 mins walk. Room size is good, very basic design. We lived in a superior room with everything we need in one decent room, comfortable bed (mattress of good body support), toilet and shower cubicles (good water pressure) are separate from each other, they are small but no affect to your comfy. There is a beautiful balcony at the 2/F, open for everyone to enjoy free coffee and tea. Other drinks in a small fridge are not free, you need to pay on honest system. Just as other travellers’ comments, the guest house is very clean, good air ventilation with AC. Obviously the management team has spent a great amount of time to keep everything neat and tidy (hope all guests will do their part to keep things clean too). Staff is amazing and doing very good in communication by sending you all necessary information about the location, check-in guidelines and main contact before your departure, to ensure you get there smoothly. We were welcome by Carolina, she took great care of us every step of the way. It just takes about 15 mins from Faro Airport to the guest house. €10-15 euro by taxi or take no. 16 bus €2.50/person. Parking lot outsides the guest house, but not free. You will need EASY PARK app ready on your phone. Highly recommend this hotel for a weekend break in Faro."
