"Being a first time to your Resort the Concierge wasn't helpful at all which was really disappointing . Your staff in the resort was amazing as . they helped us direct us and explain everything i cannot fault them at all very good . I went back the next day and the concierge was very helpful wasn't he some one maybe something you could follow up on as i wouldn't someone else experiencing that at such a gorgeous 5 star resort"

"Loved Sandy Toes house, super easy to check in and everything was spotless and easy to find. Kitchen fully stocked with quality pots and pans to make a nice dinner at home, we loved that the only dining table was outside so it forced us to enjoy dining outside, seems like such a QLD thing to do! Easy walk to beach and Beach Shack for pizza maybe 3 houses down. Appreciated the thoughtful touches for the kids with toys and plastic cups and plates. Heaps of washing liquid and detergents provided. We had a few questions during our stay and needed a top up of 1 cleaning items and Joanna and Kristie were right on it. Thanks so much!!"

"Brian was an exceptional host and incredibly gracious offering both early check in and check out options.The house was neat, tidy and adequately appointed. We would be remis not to acknowledge some previous comments about the house cleanliness and while we can understand the viewpoint we found the house to be clean and more in need of a little TLC but nothing that caused any impact to our stay.We we definitely consider returning for future visits."
