"My wife has a disability. We got to the hotel and were assigned a room on the 2nd floor! There is no elevator! There are steps down to the first floor/front desk and a whole flight of stars up to second floor! The door to the lobby soes not have handicap access. The whole place does not meet ADA legal standards. The clerk eventually said he would just cancel it after trying to give us unacceptable choices. We never agreed to any room. We looked at our credit card balance later and saw there was a complete refund fo all 5 nights. Then the next day a charge showed up for one night . When Expedia called them about it they lied and said we had accepted a room. DONT STAY HERE! The whole place is sketchy and a scam!"

"I travel for work this is by far the dirtiest place I’ve stayed in I don’t think they clean the rooms or do laundry just make the bed and move on…"

"Good central location with plenty of free parking. Room was sparkling clean, bed so comfortable we were sad to only be staying one night. Valerie at front desk was kind enough to check to see if room ready prior to check-in so we could check-in a bit earlier. It was and when we arrived, Valerie was quick and efficient getting us checked in. Unfortunately, we didn't find the breakfast as wonderful as other reviewers. Eggs were all gone when we got to breakfast at 8:15. Asked for more but Valerie said that night person had not left out additional and they were frozen solid. No fresh fruit left either. Very limited hot choices. Good waffles, though. In spite of negatives (forgot to mention printer in "business center" either needed fresh ink or deep cleaning as printed only spotty and faded sheets), we would most likely still stay here again."

"No toilet paper on arrival. 3rd day they stripped the bed and only left us one towel and no hand soap (which was in the room initially). When we let them know we were checking out early due to the conditions they told us to “have the day we deserved”. Reached out to hotels.com (representative was friendly) and I was offered $25 key note cash which I haven’t seen. They also said they had to have the property approve a refund of the last night. The property wouldn’t answer the phone and after two attempts they said that’s all they could do and I’d need to reach out a second time to have them try again. Not very customer friendly. Would not recommend this property. We aren’t picky at all and knew the amenities were lacking. We have been displaced due to flooding and needed a place to stay but this property was real bad"

"Very nice gym Bathroom was tiny. Toilet must have come from an elementary school! Seriously that small and low to the floor. I’m 6’1” and 280. Ridiculous! Breakfast not included. As advertised but still annoying these days where often some fairly acceptable food is provided"
