"Had very late check in, loved convenience and location near airport shuttle"

"Amazing spacious room. Couldn’t connect to WiFi and the staff were unhelpful. Spent an hour at the front desk trying to check in and was told the room might not be available despite booking days prior."

"breakfast was slow getting refilled many of us were waiting for more hot items to come out and they just kept saying "1 more minute". Parking lot was smallish for size of hotel."

"👍"

"staff was great but they failed to let us know there was no hot water when we got there and it was 40 out side we did let the front desk know they sent someone up to act like they were going to fix it but come to find out one of their boilers were down and could not keep up with the amount of guest they had checked in."

"Beautiful, historic property with a lovely staff and excellent food/drink options"

"Me parecían bien, pero no muy bonito, la atención fue muy simple, nada muy llamativo y el lugar cómo que muy normal. Nada que me haga desear volver."

"I had a great experience at the Embassy. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and the breakfast was great! Even though parking costs extra, the location is ideal, right in the center of cities like Cambridge, Newton, Natick, and Boston. The housekeeper cleaned my room did a great job! Overall, my stay at the Embassy was absolutely worthwhile!"
