"The process of paying for the booking was complex, for whatever reason they needed payment through a secure link but only let me know less than 24 hrs before. This could have been done in advance. Further they apparently couldn’t get my email from Expedia. Unfortunately the instructions to get to the property were not clear. In addition, even though there was a number on all 3 occasions where I needed help- no answer. This is really not helpful for international travellers and shows a serious...
