"SeaPalace is a beautiful spot in St. John (Coral Bay) with an unbeatable view, and we enjoyed our stay overall.What we loved:•The property was very clean.•The view is incredible—about as good as it gets.•The master bedroom A/C was cold and worked great.•Paul, the property manager, provided first-class communication—quick, clear, and helpful.What could be improved / clarified:•The listing described the unit as a two-bedroom, but we only had access to one bedroom.•It wasn’t clear from the listing that the top and bottom floors are separate from one another.•The pool/spa jets and heater weren’t working, and we weren’t informed beforehand—we only found out after reaching out to ask how to use them.Bottom line:Good value and I would recommend it, especially for the view and the cleanliness. I just think the listing and/or pre-arrival communication should address the bedroom access and the pool/spa status up front to avoid confusion."

"We had a great time. The house was perfect for us. Beautiful clean home. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning in all but bathroom. Shower had slotted window that makes you feel like you’re showering outside. Loved that island feel. Owners of home were very attentive and even brought us eggs from their chickens. They were always very quick to respond. House has all you need for when the power goes out..even battery operated fans!! Thank you for a great stay!!There was also plenty of beach chairs, water floats, towels, noodles…"

"We loved every part of our stay here. The sleeping areas being separate from the kitchen/living room was perfect for our group to be able to retire to quite while other people enjoyed the pool at night. There was ample room for our group of six but plenty of space for more. Everything was clean and updated. Our host was attentive and helpful and we had everything we needed. The washing machine and 2 dryers made it easier to pack for the trip as we could wash clothes on the go. The views were beautiful and the view from the top of the hill kept things reasonable cool at night. We loved every second of this house and would stay again on our next island visit. The driveway is a bit steep so make sure you have a good jeep. "
