"My wife and I rented the Island Stones property for a week and were very please with how unique and and private the property was. The main level and the pool / sun deck were beautiful with fabulous views and great privacy - exactly what we hoped for ! We did not use the downstairs rooms of the property, but I will say the layout is set up where almost every bedroom is divided off to have its own separated entrance, bath, outside shower, and private balcony. I great layout for multiple couples to share. The architecture is unique, charming, romantic, and beautiful. A few items in the home could use some maintenance, but nothing significant to cause any issues with our stay at all. We have rented several houses on the islands, and this one ranks among the best for the great views and wonderful infinity pool experience. Also, it is just a few minutes drive down to several of the best beaches on the island."

"This villa was amazing! Perfect for our family of 4 for the week (2 adults, 2 kids 13 and 9). First time to St John and the Virgin Islands. Had everything we needed. The provided beach towels, beach chairs and cooler were great for our beach days. Kitchen was well stocked. The pool was great for the afternoon and evenings. The view was beautiful with beautiful sunsets! Great location to all the best beaches on the north side of the island. Tom and Brenda (owners) were quick to respond to my questions and Kelsey (property manager)was very helpful. She reached out a week before our stay via text and answered more of my questions and met us on arrival day and gave us a tour. Great people and great villa!"

"When I originally booked Donald's villa, I was slightly nervous/cautious. It only had one review but it was positive. Let me say firmly that this has been probably one of those best VRBO experiences/places I've had. I am glad I reserved and was able to stay here at St. Johns. The villa was clean, the bed was comfortable and the overall stay felt private. The beautiful beaches were a short walk but we drove to several of them and always found everything accessible. A short drive to Cruz Bay for dinners as well. Donald was quick to respond to any of my text messages with questions and my family and I had a great experience. I can confidently say if I ever go back to St John I would love to stay here again."

"The only negative that we saw with this villa was that it sit on a hillside directly above Centreline Road, which is main road through St John. Whenever a water truck or other big truck went pass it was loud, and the diesel fumes would sometimes drift up. It was a mild inconvenience, but would not pass this villa up for that reason. Great location wonderful views, and just a great place to enjoy"

"You arrive in Cruz Bay to the most beautiful energy imaginable Mrs.Luciah with her smile and personable aura. Then you're transported to the villa that is literally spliced into Heaven on Earth. The stay was amazing and everything with our Villa was perfect the only thing I didnt like but didn't mind was picking up trash on the Beach in the mornings and evenings left by visitors to Maho Bay,Please if you are to stay here help pick up the Beaches to help protect our marine life friends who can't help themselves. #GardenofEden"

"My daughter and I stayed here and loved it. It was quiet with an unbelievable view and constant breeze. I spent every morning and evening on the deck. The main room feels small when you first arrive but the master bedroom, loft, porch and deck make it very roomy with plenty of space. The water is not drinkable with low pressure but that didn't matter to us. The outdoor shower was wonderful with the same view as the deck. It had everything we needed and the beach chairs & cooler were very useful. The steps to get back up to the driveway were a lot so be prepared. I didn't mind the workout. The location was great. Close to everything around Coral Bay and more calm & quiet than Cruz Bay. All the beaches we went to were around 10-20 minutes away driving 15-20 mph. There are 2 markets and a few restaurants close by. The Cantina was our favorite. Everything about our trip was perfect and we would definitely stay here again. We miss it already!"

"We had a great vacation with the family and the house is amazing. Exactly as in the description and the pictures! Outstanding view of Coral Bay and excellent for a family vacation. Everything was working and clean. Communication with the host was professional, friendly and responsive. We are planning to stay again next year!"
