The room was very spacious, modern, and impeccably clean—quiet, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Exactly what you want after a long day in the city. What stood out most was the staff. From valet to front door, front desk, restaurant team, and housekeeping—everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. That level of hospitality isn’t staged; it’s culture. It’s clear this hotel is investing in its future, and if this is the experience during renovation, I can only imagine how impressive it will be once everything is complete in a few months. I’ll absolutely be back."

"I spent a couple of days at the Hamilton with my family and what literally stood out was the kindness and the sensibility of the staff. James at the reception welcomed us warmly and provided us immediately with the room even though we were there way earlier. I have appreciated that type of kindness. Moreover, James specifically put himself on the front line for any specific request I had and his professionalism is what a great Hotel should always prioritize. The cleaning ladies on our floor have been very thoughtful and kind with us, always smiling! Last but not least, the staff at the Sophia restaurant, from the bar tender to the hostess, I have appreciated the professionalism and the service they provided every time. Thank to all of you for a great weekend, my family will definitely remember this experience on their way back to Italy! "
