"We had a great stay and loved the hotel and amenities. The only minor issue we had was that the sofa bed was not set up for our son and when we opened it up the mattress was not clean or comfortable. We then requested additional pillows so he could sleep in our bed and after calling down 3 times and it getting near midnight I had to walk down to reception to request."

"I stayed here with my mom and son! SO glad I chose this hotel! It was clean, organized, and staff is beyond friendly!! The breakfast is amazing! Valet parking is a plus and takes the stress of finding a spot to park! Definitely would stay again!"

"Took our 7 year old and really enjoyed our stay! The staff was great, friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in a great location and many things were walkable or a quick walk to the subway. The rooms were clean and the bed was so comfortable! I really appreciated being able to check in early after traveling overnight from the west coast, but I realize that may have been easier to do on a Tuesday morning than a weekend so I don’t expect they can accommodate that for a weekend check in."

"We enjoyed our stay. Place is clean and modern. The staff were great. The microwave went out and they were helpful offering a new room. I passed on the offer since we were exhausted from our travels. The next day another staff member let me know they were replacing the microwave. Amazing service! "
