"We stayed in the historical building which was really wonderful. I loved being able to open up all the window to look out at the church, down at the main platz and down the street at the colorful row of buildings. Location was absolutely perfect. Dinkelsbuhl is a fantastic place to spend a few days. Be advised that this property is directly across from the church and the bells do ring every morning at 6am for about 5 minutes. The best place we stayed during our 2 week travel in Bavaria.
The hotel has two buildings. We stayed in the historic one, and the ambience is charming. The newer one, where the checkin desk is located, is also nice.
Both hotel restaurants offer great dinner options.
The breakfast (served in the newer building) is excelent -- one again, the best in these two weeks.
The location is most central.
Parking: you can park overnight for free in the street just nearby, during the day it is 2 hour limit....
