"Stonybrook is a classic roadside motel. I'm not sure how long it's been around, but it's in decent shape. Sure, it could use some paint and a refresh on furnishings, but I found it clean and comfortable enough in a quiet and attractive setting. The only disappointment was the breakfast, which was pretty lame. The coffee was terrible. Still, I'd return."
"We enjoyed our time in the Franconia cabin. Although it isn’t fancy, it is clean and comfortable. The rustic vibe fit well with our personalities and desire to get away from a fast-paced work life. The wrap-around porch was a real treat! The weather was hot and humid during our stay. We appreciated having access to fans, since the house does not have central AC. "The place was fantastic. Great central location to get places for a day hike and enjoy the local area. The house itself was huge and very spacious, we never felt too crowded. The hot tub was great and very clean. Would definitely stay here again. "
"This is an older property. When we first arrived, I was skeptical from the outside. My family, who is use to staying in commercial hotel chains, thought I lost my mind, but THE VIEW (wow...breathtaking)!!!!! The room was clean, beds were comfy, bathroom was clean (dated, but that was okay...we got to let our kids experience a colored bathroom). The hotel was close to a near by town so we could grab dinner easily. It was close to our destination of the Flume Gorge, which was spectacular! We'd stay here again. Check in and check out was a breeze! "
