"Family owned and operated! Beautifully renovated building. Clean rooms! The breakfast had some hot components! Scrambled eggs, french toast, a machine that made pancakes and more! No meat in the buffet but much better than continental! They also had a very fancy coffee machine at the breakfast nook that gave all kinds of options for coffee and other beverages. The juice machine had apple and orange juice! We had a lovely time! I personally met the manager and his father and both we very warm and welcoming and sincere in their effort to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay! I would definitely recommend staying here!"

"Cassie was incredible. I've had a horrendous couple of months and really needed a night away. I signed in with shaking hands and anxious babbling. She responded with patience, kindness, understanding and offered me a cookie. My room was lovely. It was very clean and had everything I needed. The parking spot was right outside my room. The housekeeper was outside but didn’t interrupt me while I was preparing to leave. She gave me time to pack up and check to ensure I was leaving with everything I came with. The customer service couldn't have been better. I stay here every year and they always seem happy and grateful to see the massive group of us (our sports group usually books most of the hotel) despite the fact some of us are not "

"Can’t say enough great things about this beautiful cabin in Crowsnest! Private, quiet and amazing scenery. The cabin is stocked with all the amenities you need and more! The hot tub is a great addition, which was nice at the end of the day in winter! I highly recommend this cabin and note that Janice is a great host with quick communication. We will be back! "
