Called the hotel to get their shuttle service and were picked up less than 10 minutes later. The lady working the desk at midnight was incredibly helpful and very accommodating. She got us into our room within 5 minutes. We checked out at 5:00 am and she had coffee and muffins for us. Overall, the service was incredible, the hotel was very clean and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend. "

"We booked this as a long weekend staycation. We had forgotten how unique this hotel is. They have bee colonies on the third floor mezzanine. Very cool. The rooms, the atmosphere and the staff were all on point. One of the best stays we have had downtown. Highly recommended. "
