"I was in Franklin for just one evening and had booked at the Franklin Terrace Bed and Breakfast. I had not noticed that I was not on the first floor and since I have issues with stairs I mentioned this to Paul. There weren't any rooms on the first floor so he offered to give me a refund if I wanted to go somewhere else. I decided it would be ok for one night if I just used my backpack and left my suitcase in the car but Paul figured out a solution in a larger cottage room that I could use and not have any stairs and he didn't charge me for the extra cost. There were a lot of things going on at the place when I arrived, the AC was being fixed, a window had been broken in one of the rooms and Paul was dealing with that besides finding me the perfect room. Breakfast was delicious and during that time Paul told us about the history of this B&B. Paul definitely made the stay welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed."

"This home is the perfect place to relax and is excellent for a sister trip. The porch is the perfect spot to have a cup of coffee and enjoy the Mountain View. Franklin is a lovely town with enjoyable shops and restaurants. The Attic is the perfect place for antique shopping and the Creekside Gazebo and Gracious Plates on Main have amazing food. Brittany and Hunter are wonderful hosts and so kind. We have stayed here before and will stay again! "

"Beautiful spacious home with gorgeous views. Easy access to town, stores and restaurants. Clean, well organized and well appointed kitchen - everything you could need. Great decks for lounging. All beds comfortable and plenty of linens. Of note the upstairs bedrooms are on the 3rd floor and are semi-private with bathroom use on 2nd floor. Our group of 8 friends enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. "

"The house was in good condition. The furniture was comfortable. Everything was as advertised. We had a lovely stay. We just wish there wasn't a 10-digit code on the automatically locking door. That was a pain in the butt. That's my only complaint. The people that own the house are sweet, and as Christians, we loved some of the Christian decor and mini "Jesuses" that had been left around the house as a witness Christ's love for us!"
