"Was very very disappointed. I had a reservation for Saturday night. I called on Thursday night to cancel due to a family issue that was last minute. I was told they would cancel the reservation but had to charge me the nightly rate because it was too late. I said theres nothing you can do, they told me it was property policy no exceptions. This is the epitome of corporate greed, and shows why the world is in the shape its in. I personally will never stay at another Hampton Inn or Hilton brand hotel ever again. I would rather sleep in my car. The simple fact that they still charged me despite my calling 2 days ahead with a legitimate family issue and them not allowing anything to be done is simply disgusting!!"

"1660 Guest House. Our 4th visit and it was as beautiful as the first visit. Enjoyed the various outdoor seating options as well as outdoor dining on the deck. The Home is always so well maintained and clean. The Host and Housekeeping make your stay feel like a retreat. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home, we hope to return soon. "

"Room was clean bathroom faucet was leaking so water and something all over counter.staff was great breakfast room so small you couldn't get 5 people in it. I left a night early dogs barking in rooms. Neighbor room up at 5am talking and laughing like it was 2pm. They were very rude ."

"Our stay here was very relaxing. The home is very old and that gives it such personality. Loved the old furniture, pictures, decorations, etc. Our host made an amazing breakfast with homemade strawberry jam and whipped cream. Would stay here again next time we go to Franklin!"

"The host was very nice! We ended up adding another day to our stay. She was a tremendous help with that! Lot's of room for families. Close to town but feels like you are in a mountain retreat! The game room is awesome too ...but I'm terrible at packman. "

"The house was in good condition. The furniture was comfortable. Everything was as advertised. We had a lovely stay. We just wish there wasn't a 10-digit code on the automatically locking door. That was a pain in the butt. That's my only complaint. The people that own the house are sweet, and as Christians, we loved some of the Christian decor and mini "Jesuses" that had been left around the house as a witness Christ's love for us!"
