"My first stay at Gunwharf Holiday Inn. Lovely cozy hotel. Close to all restaurants, railway station and outlet shopping.
Hotel was clean, neat and tidy. The air conditioning wasn’t working but the staff accommodated us with 3 table fans . The weather was quite pleasant, so didn’t mind the air conditioning not working. Breakfast options were very good too.
Will definitely be visiting the hotel in the summer.

"Disgraceful ,they knew they had multiple guests stranded with nowhere to sleep and didnt care .The property was cluttered ,we had to push a mattress out the way to use the toilet(no hand-wash)aka cupboard.The kitchen is not the one in pictures 1/3 of size ,dirt,mould in corners of fridge ,what appears to be mouse droppings in cupboards,plenty of pics as proof .key safe to enter property just popped open so anyone could walk in in night. AVOID AVOID AVOID oh and free breakfast is a lie and garden is a storage unit ,no idea on bedrooms as couldn't access "
"The comfiest hotel bed I have slept on in a long while, spacious room (perfect for an overnight stay after a late night party), bathroom was spacious enough and had all the basic essentials needed. Would deffo stay again!"
"Apartment was clean and kept in good condition. Decent location near a retail park and a short taxi ride to local bars/pubs. Amenities within the apartment were a good standard. We received clear check-in instructions before arrival and the owners seemed very friendly and attentive over text messages. Very reasonably priced for what you get. The only minor thing is if you are particularly tall you may have to crouch down slightly in the bathroom as the ceiling is slanted but apart from that everything else is perfect. We would absolutely stay here again."
