"Has a great location, walkable distance to main shopping street and attractions such as Tivoli Gardens, Round Tower, Rosenborg Castle, Nyhavn and others. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The buffet breakfast at the hotel is extra but the food is delicious, fresh and much to choose from. My only complaint is their pillows, they are very thin and floppy. However, I would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"We had fantastic city views from our rooms and it was easy to get round the hotel. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful. Really enjoyed the stay and will go back as we have relatives in Denmark. Thank you."

"Bed was too soft and room needs more shelf space. Staff is VERY hospitable, breakfast is great and public spaces are comfortable and aesthetic."

"The room was so lovely. As was the hot el. You can tell that it's all been recently renovated. The room was dark and moody which helped me get a great night sleep each night. There's a massive window as well which lets in lots of light but has a blackout curtain so the early sun doesn't bother. The room was compact, had what was needed for a short trip. Only complaint would be the mattress topper, it might be the way I sleep but that kept sliding which was very annoying."
