"CitizenM was the perfect place for our stay. The hotel features smart room technology, meaning all the room functions, lights, temperature, and TV, are controlled through an app on the iPad provided in the room. The room itself is compact, but cleverly designed to make the most of the space. We had a great view of the city and there was still plenty of room for two people to share comfortably. The bathroom is a pod-style design, which helps maximise the room space. There is a room which is dedicated to ironing (mega helpful to know) and this is shared by the floor. The reception area is also an open-plan bar and breakfast area, with lots of spaces to relax throughout the day. There are plenty of workspaces, as well as games and books to keep you entertained. The staff were lovely and very helpful, and overall it was a fantastic hotel experience. Definitely one I’ll book again when I visit Copenhagen."

"The walk up to the hotel is pretty special and the welcome by the reception matched this too. From local advice to storing our bags, drinks recommendations and just making us instantly at ease. The rooms are lovely and have everything you need for a weekend away. The location is brilliant and within walking distance to all the sites. Thanks to the reception team who really did make us feel particularly welcome. "
