"I am a vacation traveler that appreciates a nice room with all the luxuries. Initially we had booked an apartment rental through VRBO, which turned out to be a major dissappointment. The owners were MIA and we were unable to reach them. So we were forced to book our weekend stay at a hotel. There was a convention going on so that was no easy task. When we got confirmation at CitizenM we were relieved, but not expecting much. When we arrived we were greeted by a helpful, open staff. The rooms were oddly small, but quiet with modern lighting and a large comfortable bed. Sitting in the bar on the 7th floor was great, the view of the city and services were catchy, modern and full of personality. Since the location was so central we were able to experience the city with just a few steps. Special thanks to a kind, welcoming staff at all points. "
