"It was a real treat to be able to stay in an authentic Sunday House! It was a true bridge to the past. We walked to Church just as the owners would have done. We enjoyed coffee every morning and a nightcap every evening on the front porch swing.The house was large enough to be comfortable; small enough to be quaint. The front room and eat in kitchen gave us plenty of space to relax. The furnishings, old time closets, and overall simplicity provided us a way to experience the past with modern day comforts of hot showers, air conditioning and kitchen amenities. Just as described, it was quiet, one block from Main Street, with private off-street parking. We look forward to returning! "

"Everything about this property was first rate. The home, garden/yard and pool are exquisite. The beautiful trees, flowers and singing birds are worth the trip! Comfy beds with beautiful linens. Fully stocked with anything you could want and plenty of room to enjoy with friends. There were 5 of us. The hostess is extremely responsive and goes over and above to make your visit perfect - even fresh flowers in almost every room!! If I could give this property more than 5 stars, I would!!! "
