"It was nice and quiet. The location of the property was perfect for where I wanted to shop and visit. One big pain was that there were signs telling you that the ice machine was on the 3rd floor. I followed the signs and they went absolutely nowhere. I finally saw a piece of paper stuck to a wall or door that said that the ice machines are now located on the 2nd floor. I finally found it after going to that level and looking until I found it. Would have been nice to know all that beforehand and...

We had a few issues with the room (toilet flushes poorly, really loud AC unit and loud upstairs neighbors) but other than that I would highly recommend this place for quality of service and accessibility for all, a WIDE range of choices of things to do. Be wary of your vehicles capabilities this is firmly on a mountain and uphill in many areas. Definitely recommend! "

"As an architect educator it was an experience to stay in a well-designed modern hotel, by I believe an European architect whose name was unfortuntely not known by the staff. The hotel rooms are agin well laid out, spacious with equally well-detailed set of furnishing. I believe that this is one of the best contemporary designed hotels in Virginia. And for price a bargain. I took many photos to share with colleagues however they have not yet been downloaded."
