Great little house

This place is great! We stay here at least once a year if not more, very clean, and close to the French lick casino. The owners are amazing with communication and any issues that arose during our stay and even after!

Great place to stay if you want more room than a hotel room. And you are right in the middle of the town. Close to the casino and close to the shopping. Very nice and clean house!

Exactly what we needed. Walk to everything in town, golf is close, house is comfortable, clean, and stocked worth everything needed for a great trip. You should stay here.

Wonderful Cottage!

My friend and I absolutely loved our stay at Charming, Cozy Cottage! Perfect location can walk to lots of shops/museums/casinos! Could not ask for a better location! Kathy and Jim are fantastic hosts! Great communication and the cottage had everything we needed! The patio was wonderful too! We will definitely return to Cozy Cottage! Highly recommend!

Charming cottage close to everything

We loved staying here. We could walk to everything. The garden patio was comfortable and the cottage was well maintained. You could tell that this property is loved. We will definitely stay here whenever we’re in French Lick.

Excellent location in downtown French Lick. Short walk to to FL Resort and Casino. Cozy and clean and nice sized bathrooms. Private deck area to relax. We would definitely stay here on a future trip!

The cottage exceeded our expectations! We were so impressed with the cottage’s character, decor, antiques, modern appliances, and all the amenities! The location is also so close to many of the attractions we wanted to visit. The owners ensured that everything from booking to check in and departure tips went seamlessly.
