"The room was super duper clean. And it was nice to leave for dinner and come back to your bed turned down. Staff was great. Just had a bit of a tiff with our butler day one. I thought the breakfast was splendid. I loved that they had a ‘shot’ of the day of potent and healthy juices! Loved loved that. The omelette station was our favorite and if you are a coffee lover their cappuccino was delicious. And I’m a very particular coffee drinker. Breakfast was our favorite meal. The exercise space was also great. As I exercised there practically every day before getting my spot in the beach,"

"Our recent stay at The Green Fig Resort was excellent. The staff was incredible - friendly, efficient, responsive and helpful. Although other large resorts are available at St. Lucia, the small size of The Green Fig Resort made us feel appreciated and welcomed. We met other couples while staying there and enjoyed their company as well. With only 30 rooms, it felt intimate and cozy. The owners were on site during our stay and they were friendly and welcoming as well. We were not prepared for all of the nice amenities at The Green Fig. First of all, the food is delicious. We're pretty particular about quality and taste - it met and exceeded our standards. We ended up eating dinner there 3 of our 5 night stay because it was so good. Breakfast is excellent - service is excellent. Also, I had the privledge of having a Coffee Scrub in the spa and it was a superior treatment (and I've been to many spas around the world). I would highly recommend a spa treatment there. Also, since The Green Fig is located high on a hillside, I was concerned about transportation to activities and dining. The staff is efficient about booking drivers for transportation - we relied on them for all of it - including airport transfers. You can also book your activities directly with them when you arrive. We loved the Tet Paul Hike, Volcano - Mud Bath - Botanical Garden-Waterfall tour. This is not a fancy resort, but truly provides a unique St. Lucia experience!"

John from the chocolate-making tour was incredibly welcoming, Marguerite at reception made sure we had everything we needed, and Henrietta was always present at the right time checking in and answering every question. "Everything about our stay at the Topaz apartments was magical! We did not know what to expect and Alicia and Roger far exceeded anything we could have thought possible. When we arrived we got a great tour of the apartment and then Alicia came and sat down with us. She asked what we liked to do and what budget we had, and proceeded to cultivate a truly unique Soufriere experience! Their preferred driver, Caleb, who is also their next door neighbor, was a great guide and we experienced the best local restaurants, rainforest tour, mineral baths, nature walks with amazing views. Everywhere we went we got huge smiles because Alicia booked the reservations for us and they all love her! We were truly welcomed as family and we will be forever grateful for the experience and hope to be back soon!!! I want to write way more, it was beyond amazing!"

"Room was really lovely with the open shower and the view out from the infinity pool and restaurant towards the pitons was unreal. We also took advantage of chocolate making and tour on site which was fab and cannot recommend taking the sunset boat trip with Captain Jungle and Francis enough. There was a slight issue with our bill on departure which could have been sorted earlier, otherwise, it would have been 5stars"

"They didn’t have record of our booking, despite it being confirmed by Vrbo. They had to prepare a room for us, requiring us to wait for hours. Then we were moved to a new room the next day. The owner of the property placed us in the “honeymoon room” which was in his house and quite nice. But, behind the building, he was breeding German shepherds. They barked off and on all night. On the plus side, the staff was fabulous, the property quaint (although in need of some repairs), and the food good. But we had to end our stay early because we were unable to sleep at night due to barking dogs. We asked the property manager to intervene, but they were unable to change the situation."

"Fabulous vacation! Alicia and Roger were so warm and welcoming. They took time to get to know us and help us craft an itinerary that was perfect for our time in St. Lucia. The pool was refreshing, having a washing machine was very helpful, grocery store was within walking distance and the town was very walkable. Alicia made all our reservations, arranged for our travel, and made us feel at home. Highly recommend!"
