"Everything about our stay at the Topaz apartments was magical! We did not know what to expect and Alicia and Roger far exceeded anything we could have thought possible. When we arrived we got a great tour of the apartment and then Alicia came and sat down with us. She asked what we liked to do and what budget we had, and proceeded to cultivate a truly unique Soufriere experience! Their preferred driver, Caleb, who is also their next door neighbor, was a great guide and we experienced the best local restaurants, rainforest tour, mineral baths, nature walks with amazing views. Everywhere we went we got huge smiles because Alicia booked the reservations for us and they all love her! We were truly welcomed as family and we will be forever grateful for the experience and hope to be back soon!!! I want to write way more, it was beyond amazing!"

"My wife and I stayed at this coastal apartment and everything was perfect. These are the things we enjoyed about the place:1.Excellent location -just a 2 minute walk to the town with easy access to restaurants and supermarkets. 2. Lovely decor -all the furniture was top of the line and very carefully chosen and placed and felt very "homy" and not like a standard hotel feel. The place was in immaculate condition and was very clean.3. Contained all accessories needed for our stay -Kitchen- was complete with fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle and comes complete with all kitchen items such as pots and pans, cutlery, Bedroom- lovely comfortable bed with comforter and sheet.4, Balcony -the balcony was one of the best highlights where we enjoyed the beautiful views of the bay, the city and the mountains while having our breakfast and dinner.It was hard to find any faults but here are some of our suggestions for improvement:1. Colour coding or labeling of keys 2. Brighter lighting by entrance door and door to apartment -at times it was difficult to see key hole especially at night time.3. The safe was in the apartment but did not get to use it since there were no instructions in the welcome booklet. We felt very safe even in the night time whilst going for a late dinner or taking a stroll into town. The people are very friendly."

"The resort is breathtaking. But…. I must warn you that if you are the typical traveler that loves hotel rooms with Ac and Televisions like I am. This place is not for you.. if your looking for peace and tranquility than your in the right place. The openness of the rooms allows bugs and mosquitoes to come in. Yes your bed has a netting around it and they do equip you with a mosquito swatter and bug spray but you will get eaten alive…. Beautiful views and secluded from the outside world. If you’re looking to do excursions it’s pricey. Why? Because your so far away "

"We are used to staying at a resort in Castries area. We chose Belle Etoile so we could experience local culture. We certainly got that, taking walks and eating at local restaurants. There are lots of really great places to eat and two beaches all within 20 min. And grocery store nearby so we could cook at the apartment and just hang out looking over the pastoral valley."

"Jenelle and Norbert are absolutely amazing hosts! When we arrived there were fresh eggs from their farm, water in the fridge and a basket selection of teas, coffee & crackers in the kitchen. The home was spotless and welcoming both inside and out. Norbert gave us a wonderful tour of their farm along with drinks straight from the coconuts. There is a bread-man that goes through the community honking his horn and delivering fresh, warm bread around 6:30 am, Norbert kindly gave to us. They both offered suggestions of things to do and places to go along with amazing support as we had a problem with our car rental. I wished we could have stayed here our whole stay. What an amazing gift of hospitality they have and their kids are also so sweet and kind! Thank you for your kindness! I can’t wait to go back and stay with them again!"
