"The hotel was okay but quite pricey for the facilities and room. We were not aware that the bed would be on a raised platform - whilst not a problem for us, it might be for others if unaware. The room was very hot at night with no way to control the temperature other than opening the window. Check-in was a bit odd as you had to do this on an iPad and ‘create your own key’ - it would have been quicker for the staff member to just do it! It was okay overall. No kettle or fridge facilities. "

Thanks to their quick action and support, my mobile phone was successfully recovered. I sincerely appreciate their assistance and professionalism in resolving the issue. However, I would strongly recommend improving the security measures in the SPA area to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future. Enhanced supervision or additional security arrangements would help ensure the safety and comfort of all guests."
