The room was comfortable, clean, and quietâperfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options to start the day right. "The room I originally booked was not the one I booked, but the one I was given had a better view. The staff was amazing. Thereâs a bar attached to the hotel called Johnnyâs. The owner and son were amazing. I wanted to give the a 5 all around, but my complaint was one I know it wasnât their fault. I couldnât control the temperature like I wanted. Iâm from Texas and we like it cold in the summer. All and all Iâll go back in a heartbeat. Oh forgot to mention that it near Checkpoint Charlie, meaning youâre near everything. "
"Nice property. The location is great and walkable to many attractions near by.
The only drawback I found was the staff didnât mention there are USB ports in the room. I purchased a travel adapter and this wouldnât have been necessary had this information been shared.
Also ordered food on reception and they said there was a surcharge to have it delivered to my room or I can take it from reception.

"After travelling 2 weeks around Germany, this hotel was our absolute favourite. Rooms are spacious, clean and air conditioned. Comfortable beds with extra pillows. Refreshing swimming pool and the contents of the mini bar was included. Located within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. Would definitely stay here again!!"
"Reception staff exceedingly good . Polite well mannered , gave good advise for us tourists from UK with maps taxi services . Ordered taxis promptly for local tourist places and finally to airport . Being able to leave suitcases on last day after checkout till time of later flight was excellent and very convenient for us . House keeping daily cleaning of room provided fresh linen and replaced teas and coffees . Breakfast provided variety of food . Location very suitable as a short walk took us to Potsdam platz where plent of food shops and tourist buses available . Enjoyed our 5 day stay ."
