A special thank you to the F&B Manager, Rainer Zand. What a fantastic person to have front of house! He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He was especially thoughtful with one of our children who is coeliac, taking the time to ensure they had safe and tasty options, and making us feel completely at ease. Rainer also gave us great suggestions for things to see and do around the city — his local knowledge made a big difference. We will definitely be back. Thanks for an amazing stay! "

"Loved being in the heart of the East Side Gallery, the ease of walking to places & closeness to public transportation. The hotel has everything you need & a 24/7 vending machine extraordinaire behind it for any extras.The rooms were like a home away from home with full kitchen. Staff were incredibly friendly & kind. "Loved it. The sauna/pool/spa area was a real treat. Clean and beautiful. Only complaint is some noise from the courtyard at night and view into office buildings (many people at desks looking into our room) which is a little awkward and prompted me to keep the windows and drapes closed. "
