"We loved the old time experience of staying in a wagon with modern upgrades. Def a must visit in South Texas. We plan to come by here to either stay in the wagon or rent an rv. I love how they have gas grills, smoker, & campfires, too. The gentleman who helped my husband and I take a Polaroid with our camera was very accommodating. "

"Great cabin! We were stuck in Concan due to flooding. They went out of their way to help us and make sure that we had everything we needed. They extended our stay free of charge and were a pleasure to be around! Great people!!!"
"We arrived to the Dos Burros house and were immediately impressed! It is MUCH bigger than the photos portray. I love the set up with the master being “hidden” since had teenagers on the other side! Everything was super clean and we had everything we needed for cooking all weekend. We did find that we didn’t have a blow dryer, but I texted the Host and she ran one over right away to ensure our girls could get ready for the Garner dance! So sweet!! I also messaged her a few times for coffee shop recs and hours of operation for river access, and she was quick to help me with that too! So awesome having a resource that knows the area! Would def stay here again, only thing missing is a pool for the kids to hang in when they are over the river. Lol. "
"We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Loma Bella. The downstairs A/C quit working. I called at 11:00 at night and they had someone there within 30 minutes and they fixed it. They were very responsive and we really appreciated it. The pool was great and the kids loved it. "

"Beautifully rustic property with more than ample space for entertaining. Large porch and outdoor area for grilling and preparing meals on the flat top made this experience great. Very private and nestled. Host was very responsive and friendly. "

"We decided last minute to take a group trip to the Frio and were lucky enough to find this gem available. It fit our group perfectly so that everyone had a bed and also tons of living space inside. House had plenty of room for everyone. Kids loved playing volleyball outside. Dining area was HUGE! Location was perfect and within walking distance to Hippie Chic's River Shack where we ate dinner twice. Super short drive down to both crossings. Julie was super nice & prompt to answer any questions we had prior to arriving. The kids are already wanting us to book again for next year. Highly recommend. "
