"Our overall stay was fine. We did have to evacuate for fire alarms twice. Once at 4am and again the next day around 6pm. Additionally, the microwave in our room was broken and had to be removed. We were offered another room. However, that room was significantly smaller with only a couch bed and no kitchenette. We specifically booked our room at this hotel in order to have a small kitchen so this was certainly disappointing. On a good note, the staff were friendly and helpful. One staff member to some extra time to help us book our airport return transportation which was very appreciated. The breakfast buffet was substantial and the staff were very friendly. "

"The Saga Hotel is a hidden gem in Oslo. It’s within walking distance to the city, yet in a lovely, quiet area. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Breakfast is wonderful. We felt safe and welcomed! It was so nice knowing we were going back to this lovely hotel after a day of sight seeing!! "

"Central location is perfect. Walk to the harbour. Exceptional breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. They are currently renovating the lobby so there was a bit of construction noise, but the final product will be amazing. I plan to return to see it!"

"I visited for business for a conference. Very nice location and apartment. No staff but electronic checkin. Not possible to contact staff after 8pm otherwise great option and nice place to stay, better than most hotels in Oslo. "
