"The staff were quite nice. It was pretty hot for our two day stay so we were happy for the fan they provided. We appreciated that the room was spacious unlike the hotel rooms we stated at in other Nordic/Scandinavian countries. The Breakfast buffet was really good; excellent variety, healthy, and delicious. It was walking distance to shops, key attractions, and public transit. It was convenient that a train stops right outside the hotel, however on my last night it was too noisy for me and prevented me from getting a proper nights sleep. If I’m ever in Oslo again, I would definitely stay here! "

"Very easy walk to some of the main attractions in Oslo. There’s a supermarket nearby and cafes and restaurants just downstairs. The place is in great condition and you get a feel of staying at a genuine local place in Oslo. Free coffee from the machine was a nice bonus. "

"This was a very nice hotel and the most spacious room with a kitchette. Love the black outs on the windows and the ability to fully open the windows for airflow. Best part is that the room had a small fan!!!"

"The room was crowded by the double bed and a bit unique being right off the stairwell, but I liked the high ceilings and the bathroom was a decent size. Having both breakfast and dinner included was a nice perk, and there were good selections available on the buffets for each. The hotel is in an older building in a neighborhood setting which is nice, and it's within walking distance of the Vigeland Park. While I was there, though, the street in front of the hotel was all torn up with some kind of road construction, and it was difficult for my taxi to get to the front door. The staff was very helpful and it was a pleasant stay. "
