Our room was clean and presentable but worth noting was that the mattress was far to hard to get a decent night sleep on!. Breakfast in the morning gave a very varied selection of items to choose from."

One piece of advice: we made the mistake of booking spa treatments with Thermae instead of the Gainsborough - we should definitely have booked with the hotel. "I really enjoyed my stay here for a work trip, appreciated the sauna, jacuzzi, mist room, shame the pool side hot tub wasn't working, maybe next time? My only recommendation would be to have a swimming costume machine to dry out your bathers, so that you don't have to go to work with wet clothes all day in a suitcase for those that have travelled and can't go home immediately."
