"Set in a beautiful location amongst the trees just outside the town, but easily walkable to the pretty town centre. The hospitality was fantastic. Sean is so knowledgeable and helped us with lots of information about the wider area. He is also a super host and made us instantly comfortable. Breakfast was superb - we have stayed in quite a few B&Bs in north Wales now, and this is definitely the best breakfast we've experienced on our trip. The hotel was welcoming and super comfortable and the spa experience before we headed home on our final morning was a perfect relaxing finish. The backdrop of the hotel was stunning and the grounds were perfectly maintained and postcard pretty. Would absolutely have no hesitation recommending this hotel."

"Lovely location and room was nice too. Handy having bar and restaurant onsite, with little beer garden at the side to enjoy the nice views. Really liked the little touches like the nice toiletries to use in the bathroom and locally made yoghurt at breakfast and decor in the rooms. Breakfast was very good, especially the laid out continental part. About 5 minutes drive into Betws-y-coed which is a lovely little town. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!"
