"Very clean room, spacious, nice staff and friendly, the pool was clean and nice and the location is great. The restaurant needs more writers because when there were many people the food took much time to arrive and was cold. But everything else was amazing, including the staff in the reception who helped us with booking tours and everything we needed. Very recommended hotel!"

"Property was amazing and beautiful!! We loved it so much and it was better than the pictures, the pictures don’t do it justice. Find the gate on land was difficult but they were very responsive and helpful, it was a short delay and small inconvenience. It wasn’t that bad, just something to be made aware for other travelers, I can’t stress enough on how amazing it was!! "

"AMAZING. Perfectly clean, well equiped and so so cozy. The views from the many many screened windows are wonderful. The peace you feel here is lovely. I worked remotely most of my stay, wifi never failed and was fast. Short lovely walk to the main hotel/restaurant (Tijax). Hosts were so lovely and easy to communicate with in English and Spanish. I loved my morning coffee watching horses play from the deck and hummingbirds feed from the beautiful garden. I just loved it and will absolutely be back. 10/10"

"The shower never worked and there was too much sound (music) during the night and early in the morning. The room we choose had a picture with tv but there was none in the room. We also got food poisoning from our dinner. Javier the guy from the reception was nice and the view was great."
