"Loved the location of Cosmo Hotel—super convenient and easy to get around from there. The staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome. Our room was always cleaned up and tidy when we got back each day, which we really appreciated. Great stay overall! Everything was great during our stay, but the bed was a bit on the hard side—probably because it’s still quite new. Would have preferred something a little softer for better comfort. Other than that, no complaints!"

"I really like that there's a direct entrance from the metro exit that brings you all the way to the hotel. My room came with a bathtub that I was not aware but that was good surprise."

"Was pleasantly surprised with my stay, it has a good size room and close proximity to Ximending, and many food options atound. I would choose to stay here again on my next trip due to its location and ataff service."

"The hotel can be accessed by the underground exit Z2 to Z4. So if you are travelling using the Taiwan main station, pls use these exits. It is really super convenient! The hot water in the bathroom is not very hot though. The hotel is converted from an office building and there are at least 2 other hotels in the same building. Be prepared that your room has no window."
