"Pre check in process worked well. I was impressed with the breakfast buffet, variety of products and service. Good location close to department stores, restaurants and easy to get public transportation."

"We really loved and enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We felt welcome and valued by all the staff at the front desk, especially from Helen. She was very sincere friendly, helpful and accommodating to our needs. Room - size is enough for us 4. Overall is clean except the floor (a bit sticky and dusty). Beds are comfortable and linens are clean. However, two of us felt itchy (not insect bite) after using the towel after shower - could be because our skin is sensitive to their detergent....

"موقع الفندق ممتاز و قريب من أماكن التسوق و المطاعم لكن لا يوجد خدمة غرف و وبالنسبة للمطعم كان الطعام فيه متوسط و لا ينصح بتناول الفطور فيه. أما بالنسبة للموظفين هناك فقد كانوا ودودين و مساعدين جدا"

"الفندق ثلاث نجوم لكن الغرف والمساحة والنظافة لفندق اربع نجوم ..الفندق كان رائع استقبال من الموظفين جيد ومريح وابتسامة ..حجزت غرفة عادية لثلاثة ايام كانت واسعة وحمام واسع نظيف والاكثر من ذلك الفندق يقع في قلب الحدث في قلب ساحة سول المميزة والذي يعتبر قريبا من المعالم السياحية مشيا علئ الاقدام وقربه من المطاعم والكافيهات فندق روعة بالنسبة للسعر مناسب جدا وانا سارجع اليه المرة القادمة,,شكرا"
