"Staff was absolutely helpful , they are wonderful! Property is an older building, and their air conditioning system needs to be upgraded or redone, as room never really cools off. "Loved everything about this property!:) The only downside is I do not think it is really kid friendly. You cannot eat at the rooftop restaurant after 7 with a child and the main pool has no shallow area. There seemed to be zero things geared towards children. Staff is awesome…some of the best I’ve encountered. Room are extremely clean and housekeeping goes above and beyond. I recommend adding the breakfast package it is well worth it. "
