"This is an amazing property! If you want a nice quiet beautiful place to stay but still within access to most major attractions around the city, this is the place to stay. Easy access to the private quiet beach. Multiple pools at the property. The apartment itself is very beautiful with plenty of room. Very close to the airport. The host Lance is also an amazing person to work with, from the time I booked until the time I got home it was easily to communicate to make sure our stay was amazing. Definitely recommend booking your stay here."

"I liked the staff I don't like the poor community between the spat and the lady who run the bingo at night. Because the lady announced that the price for the winer will be a pass massage. I won the bingo and next day I went to have the massage and they told me that was only 10 minute. The lady at the spat was very friendly and talked with the manager and I have a 45 minute massage but I paid $150 pesos My suggestion is the communication need to be more clear between the person who run the activities and the spat to avoid confusion. "This hotel has so much potential. But it is underutilized . It is right on the beach. Although not the best part of the beach, but beach is beach. In aa area 10 minutes from the airport, but not in a populated area. The hotel has a nice pool area, restaurant and bar area combined. Service is as I expect, being a monthly tourist and oart time resident of Colombia. Dont expect bells and whistles, everything here runs on a different kind of clock, slowly! Hotels in Colombia are staffed according to demand, no more and mist times less than needed. When I arrived, there were 10 people in the reception area and no workers. I had to go to the pool area to get a worker to come to check me in. The girl was very nice, explained what was necessary and nothing more. The room, mmmmm as they say was a superior room, but it was so small. You had room to get off the bed on each side. There was a TV air conditioner two towels and a hand towel and a bar soap and that's all you get. No bottle of water, no rack for suitcase, nothing more, just simplicity, but was clean which is the most important thing. The pool area very nice but there's no service if you're using the pool you have to physically get up and go to the bar or the restaurant bar. The restaurant closes at 3 PM. After that, you are on your on. Taxi or other small roadside makeshift restaurant. All in all very good hotel. I recommend! Joanna coinco estellas!!!!"

"Only thing I was upset about was the tv didn’t work and staff could not fix it, but other than that worth the money, also nothing around there to but beach nice and ok with going 30 min to get to stuff then it’s perffect"

"I had an amazing stay at Baia Kristal Cartagena. The apartment itself was a big part of that it’s spacious, spotless, and really comfortable, with everything set up in a way that just makes sense. It genuinely felt like having my own place, which made it easy to relax from the start. The lagoon was another highlight. It gives the whole property a calm, scenic vibe, and spending time by the water especially in the evening was one of the best parts of my stay. I also have to mention the host, who was great throughout. Very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free from check-in to check-out. Overall, a really solid experience. I’d definitely come back. "
