"Mala relación precio-calidad. Llegué temprano 10 am y bien cansado al hotel, entiendo que el check in es a las 3, pero también deberían tener un poco de empatía con el cliente, solo iba ha estar hasta las 6 am del otro día. Me dijeron que me iban a preparar un desayuno express para llevar, un sandwichito y un jugo, cuando pregunto en el check out, me dicen que no tienen envases para prepararmelo, solo terminé yéndome y punto. Mal servicio "

"Overall the condo was nice and the location was convenient, however the bed was extremely uncomfortable. It felt like sleeping directly on the springs, and unfortunately we experienced body aches during our entire 4-day stay. I did reach out to the host to ask if perhaps the mattress was missing or misplaced because there appeared to be a mattress stored underneath the bed, but I was informed that the bed was set up as intended. I would strongly recommend upgrading to a more comfortable mattress to improve the guest experience. Additionally, only one towel per person was provided for the entire stay, so having extra towels available would also make a big difference for future guests."
