"The hotel has nice facilities, on a quiet lake front road. Everything was going smoothly. Only one thing to complain, there are a few tour groups. These groups were kind of noisy in the dining hall. It would be nice if the dining hall can be divided for those groups to be in their group rooms."

"Stayed here to get great views and easy access to the Mt. Fuji area, while also getting a traditional Japanese Ryokan experience and it did not disappoint! The property and rooms were very clean and well kept. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They have a very convenient shuttle that goes to the main local train station (Kawaguchiko station) which was super useful (you just have to note the times, because it doesn't run the whole day). Even without the shuttle, it's easy to walk to nearest train station. Breakfast and dinner are included if you choose and they both were traditional Japanese meals, and everything was absolutely delicious! They also have a public and private bath house- we paid a little extra to use the private bath and it was great, its all natural water from Mt. Fuji and during the day you get a great view of Mt. Fuji from the onsen. The view from the rooftop gives an unobstructed view of Mt. Fuji and the property sits on Lake Kawaguchiko, so it's a few minute walk to get to the lake (we were there in the late afternoon and it was very peaceful with not many people). All in all we had an amazing experience at this Ryokan, would highly recommend if you're looking for peace, quiet and a traditional Japanese experience. "

"Amazing staff members, when we arrived it was raining, the ladies helped us carry our luggage from the bus station to the hotel. We were cold and the ladies serves us hot tea, made us feel very welcomed, thank you so much! "

"What a wonderful holiday home. New and fresh, photos don’t do it justice. Lots of space, bedrooms are upstairs - 2 bedrooms each with 4 single beds so could accommodate a large group. Few minutes walk to the lake with fabulous views of Mt Fuji and close to Oishi park. You can see Mt Fuji from the holiday house and it had a little deck (but no table/chairs). Really quiet area. No washer/dryer which was the only negative. House is managed by the shop across the road which is where you check in so you can walk over there if you need anything. So if you don’t have any communication from them beforehand, just go to the shop. Loved this place. Perfect for family wanting space and quiet. Best to have a rental car, which I would suggest for the general area anyway as there is lots to see and do away from the tourist areas. "

"Location of hotel is excellent for full view of Mt Fuji. However, it may be tricky to locate if you are taking public transport. Staff are friendly and service is excellent. Not for travellers who are in a rush. Take time to enjoy the peace, tranquil and refresh oneself."
