The room was beautiful, the tatami very comfortable and the onsen experience unique. "I had an incredible stay at this hotel in Kinosaki Onsen. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond—truly some of the best hospitality I’ve experienced. Every interaction felt genuine, attentive, and thoughtful. The food was outstanding. Both dinner and breakfast were beautifully presented and full of flavor, easily one of the highlights of the stay. You can tell a lot of care goes into every dish. The room was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly designed in a traditional style, which really added to the overall experience. Everything was spotless and well-prepared. The property itself is absolutely beautiful—peaceful, well-maintained, and perfectly in tune with the atmosphere of Kinosaki Onsen."

"The rooms are spacious and have a pretty view of the river though do not opt for the cot if you cannot get a triple Buffet is generous but does not change so recommend not prebooking food if staying more than one night. For breakfast and dinner it’s decent but to gets repetitious. Walkable to town but not central. Does have limited shuttle service. "
