"Fabulous location lovely spacious modern lodge hot tub through back overlooking corn fields and river. Staff very polite & friendly pub opened at 5pm everyday and they let us have music on tvs defo 5 stars from us and we will defo be returning for a longer stay."

"The place was cute, and the neighbor was very kind, he came out to talk to us when we were trying to figure out parking the first night. The drive isn’t big enough for any car larger than a Mini, but there’s ample space for parking on the curb. The only real downside was the amount of bugs within the property. Any corner that was looked at held spiders of considerable size. I don’t recommend this place to anyone who’s as sensitive to those things as I am. We sat on the back porch the first night...

"Beautiful barn conversion, very cosy and very well presented with everything you could possibly need. Karen met us and was the perfect host throughout. It is a bit tricky to find the property, however if you get lost like we did just ask someone as all the locals know Karen! Woke up to sheep grazing outside the window among a whole host of other wildlife. With Boston and Lincoln nearby there's plenty to do. Just down the road is the Leagate, a proper old pub that has a great atmosphere and...

"This was a well maintained cottage with a lovely little courtyard. Location could not be any better for steep hill side of Lincoln so ynless you want to go to rhe modern side you dont have climb hill. Parking was so easy right outside door. Will definitely be returning to this cottage. Only downside was we couldnt get heating working properly for some reason it cane on at 2am so turned bedroom radiator off"
