when i got there i was given the wrong room and also next to the housekeping room (which i specifically asked not to be next to due to noise), also the air con was making a loud squeak. I asked to be move and 2 phone calls and 40 mins after check in no response. So I ended up going down to reception and room was changed within 2 minuts. I got to the room to find now I had given a room which is a connected room with a door to the room next to me, which...
"This is a great location and exceptional staff. The room is nicely arranged w robes, a tea kettle and complimentary coffee and tea. While we were there, there was a planned hot water outage overnight, and elevator service which was a bit of a nuisance but overall a great stay. I would definitely return."
