Sofitel London Heathrow
10/10 Excellent
"perfect for early/late flights at T5"
Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington
8/10 Good
"I did not receive a pleasant welcome when I checked in! The receptionist started by Hello, checking in! The usual standard as far as I know is: Hello, how are you! Welcome to Copthorne Tara. Then she asked me to go to the next receptionist her colleague and I was just standing there, and her colleague was looking at her and me because he was not sure what was going on. Then she asked me to come back. It was nice of her to toss me back and forth. However it seems she was a bit under pressure but no matter what, guests should be greeted with courtesy. I work in the healthcare sector and attend to over a thousand patients and always have a smile on my face. Then on Saturday Morning, I was woken up with a loud banging noise from the 9th or 10th floor and it was pounding on my head. This noise went on for a while till I checked out. I would expect that if construction works were to be carried out then guests need to be informed ahead, but unfortunately this did not happen. I am quite frustrated and did not enjoy my stay. This is actually my 3rd or 4th visit to the hotel of which I did not have previous issues. But this last visit was not good."
Park Plaza London Riverbank
10/10 Excellent
"Rooms were nice, clean, bed was good and TV worked with Airplay. Minor negatives - Controls were fiddly, and not many privacy doors in toilet (one door between shower and toilet, no door to toilet area)."
Strand Palace Hotel
8/10 Good
"The Strand Palace Hotel is about location, location, location. It’s in the middle of everything and easy to get to all the key spots: Trafalgar Square, National Gallery, Covent Garden, British Museum, etc."
Zedwell Piccadilly Circus
10/10 Excellent
"Great place to stay peaceful and quiet . Just need to bring your own toiletry . Literally toothpaste , tooth brush , lotion ."
Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Terminal 2 and 3
10/10 Excellent
"All good, coming out from the Elizabeth Line could have been more prominent. Walking through the car park is not pleasant. The hotel itself us very nice, clean and rooms despite being between two runways, very quite. This us our favorite Heathrow hotel."
Easyhotel London Victoria
10/10 Excellent
"Actually fantastic! Would consider it a budget hotel so wasn’t expecting miracles, but it was perfect. Well located, an 8-10 minute walk from Victoria station, helpful staff, extremely clean room. Rooms are quite small though so don’t come expecting a desk/kettle etc. The toilet and shower are in the same cubicle, and the bed snuggly takes up 90% of the room."
The Langham, London
8/10 Good
"Lovely bedroom which was larger than anticipated in central London. Separate shower as well as a bath was great. Room was very well maintained and spotless. Had a good afternoon tea in The Palm Court. All staff were approachable and helpful. Only slight drawback for us was a lack of a central place to sit and chill and get coffee or a snack during the day."
STG Hotel London Oxford Street
10/10 Excellent
"Only things, no towels in room on arrival and only half a roll of toilet paper in the bath room"
