"Nice little motel. Great value for the price. Property and surrounding area was clean. Room was clean and felt safe. Couch in the room was a little bit older. No fridge or microwave. "When we got to the room, it was not serviced. Smelled smoke even though it was non-smirking room. I went to the front desk immediately & we got a new room. The front desk lady was very apologetic & talking with the service person as I got a new key. The hotel was renovated somewhat, but you can tell that it was an old facility. "Citizen M When I walked in, I immediately thought about how adorable this place was! Arrive arrived a bit early so Vernon (unsure of how to spell his name) was polite enough to take my suitcase for me. Check in was a breeze. I’ve never checked into a hotel without having to speak to person. It was quick and easy. The room is so cute and cozy enough for two people I love how up-to-date everything is. You can control the lighting, the TV, the blinds with a click of a button. How convenient?! on the tablet they give you a list of recommendations for the first timers, which I thought was pretty cool because I had no idea what I should do. My bartender Jared was so sweet and helpful as well. I will definitely be staying here again when I come back to DC."
