"Great staff of which many spoke english well. They were very helpful assisting us with our luggage and getting a taxi for out next leg of the trip. Very comfortable beds suitable for westerners with back issues. Nice relaxation area with small garden and complementary coffee and tea service. The rooms are a bit small for a family of 3, but size was disclosed before booking. One complaint was poor wifi, however this was made up with a nice 4K TV that could run apps such as Netflix. The location was excellent and quietly tucked away from the main busy street. This is a very bust area close to Tokyo Dome and subway/train stations."

"Great location near Ueno station and Ueno park! So easy to get to from Narita airport via Keisei Skyliner. Lots of shopping and restaurant options close by. Ueno Park was very lovely and a great place to decompress from the bussle of the city. The hotel was very clean. Of course the rooms are compact -- like a cruise ship cabin -- but had everything we needed. The room and fabric deodorizer was a welcome addition! The room is exactly as the picture displayed. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage children. We stayed in a room containing a queen bed and bunk bed. It was tight but the teens felt like they had their own space in their bunks. The spa was well-stocked with towels and beauty products. Such a great way to relax at the end of a long day walking. We will stay here again!"
