"Beautiful hotel with fantastic views over the river to Porto. Staff were very helpful - one team member conjured up tickets for a Champions League game, another sorted out a doctor to visit for my onset of back pain. Lovely rooftop bar/restaurant and the main dining venue was unfussy and full of flavour. Recommended!"

"Literally everything about this hotel is thoughtful. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. We had a 5 hour layover between checkout and our flight; not only did they store our 2 luggage bags, they also welcomed us back (well after checkout) to relax in AC and hydrate before our flight out. It’s so hard to find a hotel like this - perfect location, get views, amazing customer service, an organized breakfast schedule (done in 3 shifts to make sure everyone has a great experience), an elevator to your floor, and a water kraft in your room too. 10/10"
