"Thoroughly enjoyed our 5-day stay at this hotel. Very clean and everyone seemed focussed on our enjoyment. Hotel is a lovely mixture of old and new with impressive building features. The Porto bay hotel brand seems worth signing up to. Pool / spa is small, as is the gym, but perfectly useable. Would go again."

Sky bar staff weren’t great, couple just kept flirting with each other and when the robot turned up with food they didn’t even notice and it left again with the food, so by the time we got it l, it was cold. The location is great if you don’t mind a 10 min walk, gorgeous on a sunny day. "

Staff were very accommodating in terms of providing an earlier check in, as well as holding our luggage both before and after we left the room. Really top tier amenities. Tough location at the bottom of a cobblestone hill but not a long walk to other areas. "

"An amazing hotel just by the bridge and overlooking the river. Easy access to the old town and public transport. Hotel is beautiful and very clean. Breakfast is as outstanding "

"There where shops that we’re walking distance and some you needed to take an uber if you did walk."

"Great location, most tourists places within a 10 minute walk in all directions. Disappointed with the breakfast room, very small and not enough tables when busy. On the first day the breakfast was also available on a 2nd floor however this was then closed for the remaining part of our stay meaning we had to wait for a table to become free, member of staff said this was normal when it was busy but doesn’t really help when you want breakfast. Room check in is 3pm, on arrival we were told they would send a message when the room was ready however we didn’t receive a message. "
