"Amazing view from our balcony! Breakfast with wide variety of fresh baked pastries, fresh squeezed juices, cappuccino/espresso/coffee choices, cheeses and prosciutto, fresh eggs and fresh fruit selections. Gracious, welcoming, friendly, helpful staff. Bikes to borrow for the day/hour! Didn’t have kiddos with us but there were lots around and were well accommodated. Staff appeared to speak a variety of languages incl English, at least one spoke French, Spanish. "

"The Lodge was great; i only stayed there one night because i was attending a conference at the hilton (which is about 200 ft away) and couldn't get a room there the first night, but after staying at the lodge the first night i wish i had just booked there the entire time. they offer you a welcome drink while your bags are brought up. the room was spacious and very nice. i had a great view of the river/city. unfortunately there were big wildfires during my stay so (i assume this is why) the pool area was not open"
